Our community in Douglasville, founded in 1988, is a welcoming neighborhood of 330+ homes for people and families of all ages, including those with children, and providing extensive recreational facilities: Two swimming pools, two playgrounds six tennis courts and a clubhouse, all with adequate off-street parking, toilets and showers, etc.

Holly Springs is located about 6 miles south of the Chapel Hill Rd exit on I-20, and the total distance to Atlanta city center (‘Five Points’) is approximately 25 miles.

Within a third of a mile, there is an excellent Elementary School and a High School; a Middle School is about 2 miles distant. Access to Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is particularly easy at almost any time and on any day.
